Excel Equipment Repair

I booked my Suburban into Excel Equipment Repair for an oil change and maintenance inspection. Since I am a procrastinator and not from Red Deer, it was a last minute booking request, but Karl made room for me at the time I had available. When I arrived, the wasted no time in getting my truck in. They completed the oil change efficiently and reviewed the 25 point inspection with me. They did not use the inspection to get me to do unnecessary repairs but instead, used it to show me that everything was in good, safe working order with no issues found. I can't recommend Bob & Karl enough and will whenever possible make the trip to have them manage all my future repairs and maintenance.

He gave me excellent advice and was honest and very easy going. He made room for me on a last minute call and was able to instal all the parts in a timely fashion, he communicated before making purchases and went over my vehicle in great detail. Extremely easy to deal with. My trailblazer ss was having several issues starting in the cold. Replaced starter and diagnosed defective new battery issue and was on my way the same day. 10/10 5⭐️ Highly recommend. Thank you.
