My alternator decided to die blocks away from home. Every shop I called was booking 3 weeks out, and I was starting to panic - that's a long time without a car! Then I called Westwood Auto Tec and spoke with Chris....he said he'd be able to look at it the next day or the day after, which sounded great to me! I managed to get the car there after someone charged the battery for me. The next morning I had a report on my car, and a quote for repairs sent to me via text. I gave the go-ahead and was advised they would try to have it done by the end of the next day. My car was ready well before closing time (this was on a Friday)....in total, I was only without the car for 48 hours, which to me is pretty incredible! The team at Westwood Auto Tec were very prompt. I called them in the morning and they were able to look at my vehicle right away. They diagnosed the issue, contacted me to confirm what needed to be done and gave me a quotation right away. They had the issue corrected before 1PM.Awesome service!!!

Professional and friendly service are my main descriptions for this business.I took my car in twice for different issues recently. The first time was a simple block heater plug replacement that only took 45 mins.The second time was to replace a wheel bearing. While this work was more complex and took longer, the owner was committed to doing it right. They didn't charge us for extra labour when the first part from the supplier turned out to be bad. We appreciated their honesty and dedication to their customers.

Regrettably, I can’t really review a particular repair job, BUT their customer service and prioritization of safety is extraordinary. My late partner was a mechanic and I very recently lost him to suicide. Car problems have been persistent lately, and it’s triggering for me. I had work done at NOTT, but ended up with a flapping sound that was so concerning that I pulled into Westwood because it was close by. Christian took a look and apparently my tire was held on by 1 lug nut. Not only was Christian super thorough in his explanation of the problem (and plan to resolve it), but he provided me a detailed and accurate report on his findings, which I took back to NOTT to have the work corrected under warranty. Christian put the tire back on with proper torque and then took it for a test drive before allowing me to take it back on the road (safety first). While I waited in the front office, I was comforted by the man and lady working there. Just acknowledging my pain and speaking with compassion greatly aided me through that triggering experience to be in my late partner’s arena… the smells, the sounds, everything about auto shops can bring about my pain sometimes. Thank you for reassuring me my car would be ok, and extending your support to me that day. You are lovely people and I wish you the best in your business.

Did a pre-purchase vehicle inspection here and the staff were very respectful and knowledgeable. Saved me a lot of money by not buying a used car that had a lot of problems. Thanks

I can't thank the team at Westwood Auto Tec enough, went to a place for a oil change last week and few days earlier the check engine light comes on. I take it back to the place who did the oil change and said that it might be a exhaust leak and they can't help me. I was in a panic and was on google looking at places to maybe help me and came up Westwood Auto Tec had great views. Call them and got my car in the next day and turns out that the sensor was dirty and possibly the air filter wasn't put in right. Charged me to look at my car which was at a great price and mentioned if this happens again to bring it back down to them. I went in there expecting alot of charges but only charge the service fee and they cleaned my sensor and took care of my car!

The electronic steering rack ,went on my 2012 f150 ,.I found one and had cris, and his guys there do the work. They were courteous & professional, would highly recommend having them work on any vehicle. They did an awesome job. Thanks again

Service was GREAT!!!! We had a Safety done but the vehicle did NOT come with a lug nut key from the dealer to unlock the tires!!! I tried calling several different numbers to find out WHY WE DID NOT GET A KEY & spent a long time getting absolutely nothing accomplished with the dealership where vehicle was from!!! So we advised Christian to get tires off, he immediately informed us that it may cause DAMAGE but we said just do it as getting the key required to remove locked lug nuts was not possible to obtain other than take the vehicle back to dealership so they could safety for more than twice the price!After the Car was Safetied there was not one scratch or dent on the rims where the locking nuts were! The mechanic Christian, even put new lug nuts on for a great price. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND WESTWOOD AUTO TEC as they are patient, helpful & go above & beyond!!! We will DEFINITELY BE RETURNING as TRUST is imperative when having your vehicle worked on!!!

I just had my truck in here and dealt with the manager Chris, and I experienced the BEST service I've ever had with any mechanic shop, or dealership! I needed an extensive amount of work done, brakes, 4 tires, axles, battery, oil change and much more, all done in 24 hours...impressive work! Good prices.
