I was in a pickle with a sensor on my brake pad broken leaving the stop lights on even when the car was off. The offhand solution was to disconnect the battery and pray and hope and wait til morning to call and text this business. They were prompt and responsive, called when they said they were going to call and showed up when they said they were going to show up. They got right to work and in under 1/2 hour fixed the problem at a reasonable price. All from the comfort of my home. Really appreciated as time is my most valuable commodity.

Contacted this mobile mechanic service and they were very responsive. Sent them my vin number and they did all the research and bought the parts to fix my car. Went to work and left the car on the road with them. They fixed it and just kept me posted. I would 101% use this business again.

My experience of this company was that they provided poor customer service over the phone. As someone with limited funds trying to figure out what my options were, the person on the phone was very unhelpful and uncooperative.

Really pleased with this service! They answered and booked very quickly and were accommodating to a short notice request. My mechanic Dan was excellent. Really knowledgeable, took time to explain everything and answer questions throughly. I was really happy with Dan and the service. Ended up buying the car they did a pre purchase inspection on. Totally recommend Insta Mek!
